Return Policy
At Nick's Design Lab, we want you to be happy with your design/product experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges for eligible products. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies.
Returns
We will issue a full refund, including any applicable sales taxes, for any products returned within 30 days of delivery.
Any original packaging and product must be returned in like-new condition for a return to be accepted.
We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged or not in their original condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are located outside the US, you will need to contact your local customs bureau for any import/customs/duty fees.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for equal value products that are already produced.
For higher value products, we will collect the difference in payment before shipping.
For lower value products, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Exchanges will be shipped to the same address as your last order unless specified otherwise.
Process
Contact our support team at the email listed in our site's footer to request a return or exchange.
If your request is approved, we will email you a return label and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Drop the package off at the shipping carrier's location.
Confirm with our support team that the product has been returned.
